Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a separate email confirming shipment.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email with your tracking number. Please note: tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 3 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at capturedloom@gmail.com with your name and order number and we’ll investigate.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Approved returns are refunded for the item(s) value; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email capturedloom@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We review damage claims case-by-case and will do our best to reach a fair solution.
