Return & Refund Policy (Captured Loom)

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Partial refunds may apply in some cases, such as:

  • Items returned in a condition that’s not original (e.g., signs of use)

  • Items damaged due to reasons not caused by us

How to start a return

Email us at capturedloom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card provider, but typically take a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider (some refunds take time to show)

  • Contact your bank

Sale items

Sale/discounted items are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged/faulty, email capturedloom@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return once it’s received and approved.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival).

  • Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, especially for higher-value returns.
